Great job, just excellent animation, spot on. I only have minor gripes, mostly that you let Orochimaru die too easily at the end. Seems like you rushed a bit to get it done, when you should've used that moment to cap off the vid with awesomeness. I understand the feeling since it takes so damned long to make something like this. Again, excellent job.

First of all, a two party system has saved us from the kind of fractured democracy seen in all of Europe. Ours makes the parties more inclusive in order to cater to more voters, and forces them to broaden their appeal. Unlike Europe where the socialists only appeal to socialists in the socialist party, and the moderate socialists have their moderate socialist party, etc. As for money and campaigning, that's a matter of free speech. No amount of advertising can overcome the truth. The truth is that socialism and communism sucks, and freedom rules. And America is far more free than most all other countries in the world. Because of this freedom we've had the opportunity to start businesses. CEO wages are a matter of competition, not unfairness. To hire competent CEO's away from other companies you have to pay more.
Your whole sour grapes approach is infantile. Go read "The Road to Serfdom" by Hayek and "Free to Choose" by Milton Friedman and see if you still feel the same way.

"One thing bugs me..."

One thing bugs me, and that is that you have Mario playing the guitar opposite of that in real life. Seems obvious you've never actually picked up a guitar, or any string instrument for that matter (and I'm not trying to be insulting). Basically, the shorter the string the higher the pitch, and the longer the lower. So when Mario moves his hand down on the neck the pitch should be getting higher, not lower as you have depicted. Again, I'm just nitpicking, but it was grating mentally and detracted from everything else which I thought was pretty good. Keep it up ;P

Damn boy, you got some style! Of course you have to finish this game! I've seen games that weren't nearly this cool on consoles and the PC. But do yourself favor and take the time to write out some unique scenarios, drop some story into the action, some twists and turns, some 'why's' for what you're doing and what's going on. I'd rather do five minutes of fighting for the whole game that moves an awesome story along and isn't repetitive than spend several hours killing random baddies for now reason. Do it right and you'll probably get scouted for some game making company, awesome.
P.S. No scoreboard, metal-music, attitude, meaningful victory = good. It'd be cool if the final scene was you having to snipe this terrorist holding a gun to a baby's head, and the whole time he's like walking around and yelling at the cops, and if you miss it's lights out for Jimmy...

"Couldn't watch it..."

Couldn't watch after he dogged conservatism in the opening scene. Turned it off, disgusted. What ever happened to tolerance? If you want to do a cute cartoon flash, focus on the cuteness and the comedy. Don't take pot shots at half the country's deeply help beliefs and convictions. Why? Because it limits your audience. I for one will not watch the rest of this flash. Sure, it looked good and you had talent, but if you want to make political statements at least be up front about it like I have in mine, not try to disguise them in cuteness.
